Thomas Jefferson’s wine

Jefferson was perhaps

knowledgeable wine
connoisseur of his age.

Georges grew up in Europe, graduated from
Colege International Sophia Antipolis in France,
and is fluent in French, Italian, and Spanish.
Professionally, he has been National and
Regional Sales Manager for several wine
importers.  Nicole began to work in the
hospitality industry in Santa Barbara, California,
where she developed her love for wine.  Her
experience includes everything from wine sales
and marketing to arranging tasting events and
customer relations.

Their sales staff and office team are devoted
professionals who share Georges and Nicole’s
passion for wine and dedication to excellence.  
As part of their service, Heritage Wines offers
tastings and training to their clients’ retail and
restaurant staffs.  As representatives of the wine
labels, they ensure that each label is properly
represented all the way to the customer’s glass.
Wine industry knowledge and an
ability to sell are paramount to the success of a
wine distribution business.  At Heritage Wines
we capitalize on these two factors and we do

The owners of Heritage Wines are a husband
and wife team who met in Houston while working
in the wine business.  For both Georges and
Nicole Bitar, wine and food were interests that
developed into passions when they were quite
young.
